Sign Up and Set Up
How long does the application process take?
The process usually takes about a business week, depending on how quickly you provide the necessary materials to your IATS and DonationPay representatives. Your IATS rep will give you a clear estimate when they contact you in the day following your application submission.
What do I need to provide to set-up my first DonationPay page?
All we need to set up your first DonationPay page is a link to the website you’d like us to match. Once you’ve received your Welcome email from DonationPay, follow the links to the support portal and submit a page change ticket if you’d like to add or alter anything on the page.
How many pages can my organization have?
You can have as many pages as you need to fundraise effectively- if you’re on our DonationPay Standard pricing, new pages cost $8/month and can be active for as long as you need. If you’re on our DonationPay Unlimited tier, all add-ons are included and our staff can accommodate up to five new-page requests per month and as many page change requests as you need.
What different types of fundraising and payment pages do you make?
Our service offers a wide variety of payment page options including pages for event ticketing and registration, membership, short-term campaigns, tithing, and political fundraising. If you’re not sure whether we offer the type of payment page you’re looking for, just get in touch and a member of our staff will help figure out if we can build to order or otherwise accommodate your request.
How do I request a new page or an add-on to my service?
You’ll submit tickets through our support portal- our support section will detail all the materials and information we need to make changes to your page.
How long does it take to receive a new page or page changes, once I’ve made the request?
Your DonationPay rep will contact you with a time estimate for page changes or new pages and you can check up on the progress in the DonationPay Portal. Typically, we build new pages in 3-7 business days and make page changes in 1-5 business days, depending on complexity. If you have a major project- like overhauling 15 payment pages with a new design and new information- our staff will give you an estimate when you submit the ticket for the project. Our support portal offers lots of transparency for our clients during the work process- you’ll get real-time updates as our staff works on your project and you can stay in close touch with your DonationPay rep for progress updates.
How do I cancel pages when our organization is done using them?
You can cancel add-ons at any time in the DonationPay portal. We do not pro-rate add-ons, so you’ll have use of any new pages or features you decide to try for at least 30 days.
